APC approves multiple subdivisions, a rezone and a TIF amendment in unanimous votes
At its April 15 meeting the Area Plan Commission voted unanimously to recommend approval of a county TIF amendment and multiple subdivision plans and recommended a city rezone for further consideration. Actions included conditional approvals and permission to bond for several developments.

The Area Plan Commission on April 15 approved a series of subdivision and rezoning recommendations and voted to recommend a county redevelopment amendment, recording unanimous favorable ballots on routine and more substantial land-use items.
