Several residents used the public‑comment period to oppose proposed wind turbines and to press supervisors for stronger setback rules and clearer public outreach. Craig Sylvester opened the exchange by listing local concerns: "They're unsightly," he said, and raised health and quality‑of‑life issues including flicker, noise and sleep disruption, plus worries about road damage and fires.
