Commission approves replat and rezoning for Southern Star expansion
The Jefferson County Commission approved PR2026-02 and Z2026-02 to replat an existing lot and rezone part of a tract from Agricultural (AG) to Planned Industrial (IP-2) for natural gas storage. The Planning Commission had recommended approval 6-0; the board signed Resolution Z2026-02.
