Residents press board for transparency; commenters express support and concerns

Rachel Bonelli defended the community resource fair and listed numerous participating nonprofits and agencies, saying she did not understand why the event had been called "nefarious" by a speaker earlier in the meeting.
No formal board action was taken on the packet-publication request during the meeting; staff later demonstrated a trial board-packet platform and said workflow and publishing timing would be worked out before the next meeting.
