Ray County commissioners approved a slate of planning and zoning actions during the May meetings, following a presentation from Planning & Zoning staff. The actions included conditional use permits for Bennett (hardship) and DeAngelo (mobile home), rezoning ordinances PZ 25-50 (Matthew's Acres, Lot 1), PZ 26-16 (New Garden School Replat, Lot 2A) and PZ 26-18 (Berry Ranch, Lots 1 & 2), and the approval of several plats (Stoney Bluff replats, Gant Acres, Scott Acres, Burk Acres, Morrow's Subdivision Replats Lots 6 & 9, Creel Hill Homestead, River View Acres Replat, Bowen's Hollow).
