Ray County approves multiple conditional use permits, rezonings and plats

The actions included conditional use permits for Bennett (hardship) and DeAngelo (mobile home), rezoning ordinances PZ 25-50 (Matthew's Acres, Lot 1), PZ 26-16 (New Garden School Replat, Lot 2A) and PZ 26-18 (Berry Ranch, Lots 1 & 2), and the approval of several plats (Stoney Bluff replats, Gant Acres, Scott Acres, Burk Acres, Morrow's Subdivision Replats Lots 6 & 9, Creel Hill Homestead, River View Acres Replat, Bowen's Hollow).
A zoning request from Mc6 Cattle for a proposed Lot 4 was remanded back to the Planning & Zoning Board for further review at its June 1, 2026 meeting. Commissioners directed that item be reconsidered with additional information and discussion by the board before any action by the commission.
