Library board adds new member, plans staffing and accessibility upgrades
Arlene Kiklison told commissioners the library nominated Haley Silberg to its board, hired Stephanie McGowan for a staff position, will offer a gun-safety program for sixth-graders and plans to budget for ADA bathroom upgrades next year.
