Roseville officials reviewed a draft Climate Equity Action Plan at their April 6 council meeting, where staff and consultants described the plan’s goals, community engagement and next steps for public review. Sustainability Specialist Noel Bachan introduced consultant Ted Redmond of Pale Blue Dot, who said the draft aligns with city strategic goals and a multi‑phase process of baseline study, community engagement and technical assessments.
