Whitefish adopts subdivision regulation changes required by state law
On May 18 the council approved ordinance 26‑07 to bring the city's subdivision regulations into compliance with MLUPA: more standardized preliminary/final plat steps, revised review timelines, and a one‑year administrative review regime for certain applications that lasts through June 30, 2027.
