GVL Express information — not a civic meeting

The transcript records a brief promotional announcement for GVL Express, the Goleta Valley Library's temporary location while the main Fairview branch is under construction. Kim Crail, introduced herself as Supervising Librarian, and Kaeley Christensen identified herself as Children's Librarian. They described the temporary site at 6500 Hollister Avenue, Suite 105, highlighted limited space (occupancy 35), limited computer stations, a pickup area for holds, monthly displays, and advised patrons to visit goletavalleylibrary.org or call the library with questions. No formal motions, votes, or civic deliberations are present.
