Elanor Thompson, chair of the Oklahoma County Excise Board, called a special meeting to order at 9:01 a.m. on May 22, 2026, and announced that a quorum of board members was present. The board approved the minutes of its April 21 meeting and then considered a series of temporary appropriations requested by the county finance department and the office of the county clerk.
