The Mount Pleasant Planning Commission on May 20 recommended approval of a condominium plat addendum (CP‑26‑03) to add 1055 Prairie Drive into the TriRiccore Professional Park Office Condominium and to restate and consolidate older declarations and amendments. The zoning and permitted uses remain unchanged; the amendment updates legal descriptions and easements to reflect the expanded condominium footprint.
