Arcada City’s Planning Commission spent the second half of its May 12 meeting reviewing a consultant-led framework for a comprehensive Land Use Code update to implement General Plan 2045. The multi-year effort will revise Title 9 to align zoning districts with the new general plan, add objective design standards, streamline procedures and craft a form-based code for the Valley West infill area.
