An amendment to Mason County’s contract for Nutrition Services (contract no. 24-AAA-D-0064-5) included in the Oct. 14 packet would extend the agreement’s term through Sept. 30, 2026, and updates reimbursement mechanics for congregate and home-delivered meals. The amendment incorporates the Area Agency on Aging of Concho Valley (AAACV) Policies and Procedures Manual and requires providers to give 30 days’ written notice before ceasing operations.
