PDF accessibility: County IT staff presented a budgeted agreement with Doc Access to make thousands of county PDF documents ADA‑accessible ahead of an end‑of‑month compliance deadline. The contract incorporated county attorney edits and was approved; staff said the solution fills a gap in current resources.
Cybersecurity: The court approved a budgeted add‑on to upgrade two Nomic appliances in the county data center to improve monitoring of outside traffic and strengthen perimeter insight.
Leases: Commissioners approved multiple RICO lease agreements across departments (district clerk, county clerk, sheriff's offices, JP offices, road and bridge, warrant services) using a cooperative purchasing contract, with monthly costs and terms presented for each unit.
