Douglas County pauses Muller Parkway Phase 2; RTC removes Phase 2 from contractor scope amid ongoing litigation

The Douglas County Board of County Commissioners voted unanimously on May 21 to pause construction of Muller Parkway Phase 2 until the pending litigation over the project is resolved. At the joint meeting sitting with the regional transportation commission (RTC), staff also were directed to issue a change order removing Phase 2 from the current contractor's scope of work.
