The staff report said there were no letters and no members of the public signed up to speak.
A motion to approve the consent item was made and seconded, and the commission carried the item by voice vote, three affirmative votes to none, with two commissioners absent. The commission’s action will be forwarded to the Board of Supervisors where staff indicated the necessary resolutions and records will be processed.
The commission took no public testimony on the item. No amendments were offered at the hearing.
