Codington County commissioners approve three plat resolutions near Watertown
The Codington County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved three plat resolutions (2026-10, 2026-11 and 2026-12) for properties including areas near Henry and west of Watertown, after confirming planning and zoning board approvals and correcting a typographical error in one legal description.

Commissioner Johnson presented three plat resolutions before the Codington County Board of Commissioners and recommended approval following planning-and-zoning review. The resolutions — numbered 2026-10, 2026-11 and 2026-12 — cover plats in the Applehoff (sic) edition, an area outside Henry, and a west-of-Watertown homestead where an updated modular home will be placed.
