Town staff summarized a recent meeting with Mark Harrelson and said Harrelson's position is that the rear area of his property is not developable but that he seeks to use a squared 200-foot fenced area for his storage business. Staff described an offer that, if fenced, the area could be used to park U-Haul trucks and trailers related to the storage operation but not for general paid storage of boats or unrelated items.
