The Decatur County Alcoholic Beverage Board approved three automatic liquor-permit renewals at its March 11, 2026 meeting in Greensburg, Officer Gibson of the State Excise Police said.
Officer Gibson told the board that all three items on the agenda were renewals and were being processed automatically because the businesses had no violations. "Automatic means there's no violations or reasons for this," he said.
The permits renewed were listed as: GG2 Indiana LLC doing business as Needler's Fresh Market on Main Street in Greensburg; Fuel Masters of Indiana LLC doing business as Fuelmaster 1902 on Michigan Avenue in Greensburg; and Greensburg Express LLC doing business as Magumi 77770 at Greensburg Commons. A motion to approve the renewals was made and seconded, and the board voted verbally in favor.
Officer Gibson noted there were no members of the public present to seek permits or to remonstrate, and no one was sworn in for public testimony. He also announced the board's next meeting would be held "on the 8th" (next month) and that the agenda will include a renewal for a catering hall and an application for a new permit for the Union Barn Grill.
A motion to adjourn was made, seconded and approved by voice vote. The meeting ended without public comment.
