Council advances zoning map amendments and approves PUD and CSM for downtown sites
Council performed first readings on two zoning map amendments (Meadow/Meta Lane and North Water St.) and approved a Planned Unit Development (23 N. Water St.) and a two-lot certified survey map for 1310 Campus Drive, with staff and the Planning Commission recommending the measures.

Director Drager presented several land-use items and the council acted on each. For Meadow/Meta Lane, staff described an applicant proposing six 12-unit buildings and recommended rezoning the parcels from Suburban Mixed Use to Multifamily Residential (MRM12); the Planning Commission recommended the first reading and the council directed staff to prepare an ordinance for future readings.
