Coming out of executive session on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 2:45 p.m., the presiding chair said they would "entertain a motion to continue the third position at the Lyon County Convenience center and allow the judge executive to accept applications and potentially fill that open position at the Convenience Center." The motion was moved by Magistrate Fowler and seconded by Magistrate Sutton.
