Planning Commission approves multiple plats, site plan and two rezoning requests
On April 24, 2026 the Coffee County Planning Commission approved a preliminary plat, a final plat, a commercial site plan and two rezoning requests (McMinnville Hwy and 39 Goosepond Rd). Each motion passed unanimously 6-0 following a brief public comment period.
