The Unified Government of Cusseta–Chattahoochee County approved a conditional‑use permit that will allow a manufactured home on a 1.35‑acre lot at 131 Pine Hill Road, applicant James Shulterbrondt, following a July 24 public hearing. The hearing record shows Shulterbrondt spoke in favor, neighbors present raised no objection, and Commissioner Timothy Biddle moved to approve the permit subject to standard conditions (including required septic/perk tests). Commissioner Jason Frost seconded the motion; the minutes record the decision as unanimous.
