The Caroline County Board of Supervisors adopted a resolution honoring Richard and Mildred Loving and marking the County Historic Courthouse Campus’s inclusion on the U.S. Civil Rights Trail. The measure was read by Vice‑Chair Jeffery M. Sili and adopted by acclamation.
