Comanche council authorizes fire grant application and payment for future fireworks
Council authorized the Fire Department to apply for an 80/20 grant for fire gear (20% match from Rural Fire Fund) and approved a payment of $6,183.51 to the Comanche Area Chamber of Commerce for future fireworks displays; council discussed but did not rescind an earlier $3,000 contribution.
