Plan Commission approves amended Commonwealth land-development plan adding evidence-storage building

A representative for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Department of General Services presented an amended land-development plan proposing a roughly 40-by-60-foot unheated evidence-storage building and an improved access path. The presenter said the agency is adding an 11-foot-wide driveway with a 7-foot improved stone shoulder to meet an 18-foot required access width and that a separate fire line and hydrant would be installed to ensure a hydrant lies within the ordinance limit of 500 feet of the structure.
