Plan Commission approves small boundary adjustment for Dwire subdivision
A property owner asked to add a small parcel to the back of his lot to move a building further from the property line; the commission approved the adjustment after staff verified the survey and documentation.

At the Plan Commission meeting, local resident Dennis Fer asked to add a small piece of land to the rear of his property to move an existing building farther from the property line. Fer said the request follows discovery of historical boundary differences after his father’s death and that the change would clarify ownership and setbacks.
