Taylor council approves settlement of Risk Management Claim QL-0926 after closed session

Council Chairman Charley Johnson said the council reconvened at 7:12 p.m. after a closed session and moved to act on litigation discussed in executive session. Councilmember Gerald Thomas moved, and Councilmember Dan Wallace supported, a motion to approve the final settlement of Risk Management Claim QL-0926 as recommended by Corporation Counsel Ed Plato. The motion passed unanimously on a roll-call vote: Charley Johnson, Chris Clark, Dan Wallace, William Patts, Ron Thiede, Christian Armstrong and Gerald Thomas voted yes.
