Developer previews 192‑unit apartment plan for 7665 Harlem Road; board requests more data

Joe Thomas of Metro Development outlined a conceptual plan for a multi‑family project at 7665 Harlem Road during a planning body session. The applicant proposed rezoning to an LAR‑1 (limited apartment residential) district to allow up to 192 units on about 12.8 developable acres, with eight three‑story buildings, a 4,500‑square‑foot community center and resident amenities including a pool, dog park and internal parking.
