Silver Spring Planning Commission roundup: minutes approved, several plans tabled, ASA forwarded
At its Sept. 4 meeting the Planning Commission approved minutes (one abstention), tabled revised plans for Hunters Glen, Sporting Green Apartments and an Ahmadiyya Cemetery plan, forwarded a Klingler ASA to supervisors amid a neighbor survey dispute, and adjourned at 7:51 p.m.

The Silver Spring Township Planning Commission convened Sept. 4, 2025, and conducted routine business, several motions and a set of tablings. The commission approved the minutes from Aug. 7, 2025 on a McDonald/Sandys motion; Mr. Randy Duncan recorded an abstention. The commission approved motions to table revised plans for Hunters Glen and the Ahmadiyya Cemetery at the applicants’ requests.
