County Administrator Gary A. Wine told the Commission the RFP for the DRC transport van was advertised on the county website, social media and in the Journal with a Certification of Publication included in the read-ahead materials. At 10:15 a.m. President G. Edgar Gochenour opened sealed bids from five vendors; the recorded totals were Whiteside of St. Clairsville Inc. $64,980; Kent Parsons Ford Inc. $68,248.25; Keystone Ford $53,400; Hagerstown Ford $55,414; and Cadetco LLC $49,989.
