At the Feb. 10 meeting S.T.U.D.Y.S. Ministries, owner of the westernmost in-line retail unit at Waterford Commons (656 Bridgeport Terrace), requested relief from the Village Code’s area, zoning district and distance requirements to install an LED sign.
