Council approves multiple grant applications and CDBG resolutions to fund sidewalks, road projects and infrastructure
Council authorized grant applications and adopted resolutions for several projects: a grant for the North Clinton Street railroad-bridge sidewalk replacement (engineer estimate $396,771, up to 80% grant), an 80% grant application for Power Dam and Carpenter Road improvements (estimated $406,750 combined), and two CDBG program resolutions for 2026; votes were recorded and ordinances adopted or resolutions passed.
