Manor Township supervisors adopt routine resolutions, conditionally approve multiple subdivision plans
At its Jan. 5 meeting, the Manor Township Board of Supervisors adopted several routine resolutions, accepted two employee resignations and conditionally approved subdivision and land‑development plans including a two‑lot split at 3055 Anchor Road, Phase II of Bender Mill Road (48 units) and a revised LCSWMA lot add‑on plan. The board also authorized referral of a draft data‑center zoning amendment to county and township planning commissions.
