Katie Paige, acting as power of attorney for her father, asked the Morgan's Point Resort City Council to allow 43 Oakmont Circle to operate as a short-term rental to help subsidize her father's care. Paige described safety measures, house rules, an on‑call property manager and sufficient parking, and said the property is not in an HOA.
