The Plattekill Planning Board granted a SEQRA negative declaration Feb. 24 for a proposed two‑lot subdivision at 261 Fossler Road by applicant Brittany Edwards‑Chu. John Nosek of Nosek Engineering told the board the plan would create two single‑family lots, each with its own well and septic, and that the parcel totals about 11.3 acres.
