Scott County commissioners approve hiring ad, request higher per diem, and pass routine payroll/invoice motions

On May 6 the Scott County Board of Commissioners voted unanimously to advertise a part‑time Transfer Station position, asked the Council to consider raising per diem meal rates (current county rates: $26/day meals; $0.40/mile), approved a conflict‑of‑interest form, moved a meeting date, and approved invoices, payrolls and minutes.
