Rapho supervisors adopt Manheim Central Region plan, authorize lien enforcement; approve routine reports
At its April 2, 2026 meeting, the Rapho Township Board of Supervisors unanimously adopted Resolution 2026‑6 (the Manheim Central Region Comprehensive Plan), authorized staff and the solicitor to pursue lien enforcement on three properties including potential sheriff sales, approved routine reports and paid the township’s bills.

The Rapho Township Board of Supervisors met April 2, 2026, and unanimously approved several routine measures and two substantive actions: adoption of Resolution 2026‑6, which adopts the Comprehensive Plan for the Manheim Central Region, and authorization for township staff and the solicitor to pursue enforcement and collection of municipal lien and judgment liens on three properties, including sheriff sales if necessary.
