City Engineer Patricia Longoria reported progress on the dock expansion, twin‑span deck work and related site activities. She said the dock expansion was about 70% on schedule with roughly 44.6% of contract payouts completed for that element of the work and that the international span had been set and its deck work installed by the crane contractor.
