City staff reports steady development activity; sewer project behind schedule but progressing
Community services staff updated the council on subdivisions and commercial projects around Woodway and said a long-running sewer project is about 60–62% complete with an estimated 1,200 feet of pipe remaining and a contractor-projected finish in March–April next year.

Mr. Davidson, presenting the quarterly community development report, told the council that residential activity continues across several subdivisions (Westlake, Tanglewood, Bader Ranch Phase 2, Bradford Square) and that some commercial work is underway on Jordan Lane, including a restaurant shell and a completed clinic.
