Karen Baker of 23 Oak Mount spoke during public comment about repeated difficulties accessing the town yard‑waste site and inconsistent intercom/ID checks. She said she made multiple trips with leaves, encountered what staff described as a broken or not‑yet installed intercom, and suggested the town adopt a simpler code or call‑in method so residents do not have to exit their cars after bagging or tarping leaves.
