Council unanimously approves Dearborn County to handle MS4 permitting through 2026
Aurora council approved an amendment to its interlocal agreement with Dearborn County Planning and Zoning to have the county perform MS4 stormwater permitting for the town at no cost through the end of 2026; the county will reassess workload and may propose fees for 2027.
