NUECES COUNTY — The Commissioner’s Court voted May 27 to renew the county’s management agreement with Oakview Group (referred to in materials as Global Spectrum/OBG) for the Richard M. Borchard Regional Fairgrounds for one year, and commissioners asked staff to develop a recommendation on whether to pursue a longer extension, an RFP, or internal management.
