Monee trustees approve multiple contractor payments, ordinances and intergovernmental agreements

The board authorized an assignment of a TIFF note for the 25100 South Ridgeland property to Stag Industrial Buildings LLC to facilitate a planned closing and approved easement agreements related to the Cleveland Avenue realignment that the attorney said must be executed in time to meet IDOT deadlines. Trustees also approved an intergovernmental agreement with the PON Library to install and maintain library lockers (the library maintains the lockers; the village maintains the surrounding area) and approved declaring a Ford Crown Victoria EMA squad car surplus and donating a surplus EMA vehicle to Homer Glen EMA on an "as‑is" basis.
