Trustees adopt updated building and fire codes by reference
On second reading trustees adopted Ordinance 1365 (multiple 2024 model building codes by reference with amendments) and Ordinance 1366 (2024 International Fire Code as amended by the fire district); staff, the building official and the fire chief were present to answer questions and trustees approved both ordinances by roll call.
