Barrow thanked the board and community, noted his pride in local public-private projects, and said he will remain available to offer institutional knowledge. The board paused for photos and applause before proceeding to the evening’s scheduled public hearings and business.
The tribute required no formal board action and closed before the evening’s public hearings began.
