The council approved a four-year contract with Roth & Co. for annual audit and ACFR preparation, with fees of $145,000 (2023), $151,000 (2024), $157,000 (2025) and $163,000 (2026); Finance Director Stephanie Bailey had reviewed references and staff recommended the contract.
