The Devine Planning & Zoning Commission on Aug. 18 heard a proposal from Josh and Jaszmin Ritchey to replat approximately 5 acres at 1106 N. Windy Knoll Dr. into a subdivision, but commissioners concluded the application was not yet ready for formal consideration and directed the applicants to complete a plat survey before returning.
