At its June 12 meeting the Village of Red Hook Economic Development Committee approved minutes and discussed Cookingham-area planning: a rezoning consultant for Cookingham East, proposed trails across farm roads, a seven-acre parkland task force for Cookingham West, and potential mutual sewer agreements.
